Iā€™m Mackenzie Richmond, a plant-focused chef and a certified holistic nutritionist. I lead workshops, provide personalized meal plans and nutrition support, and create content that approaches food & health in an accessible way.

I am an LA-native whose passion for nutrition was sparked from a young age. I was born with congenital heart disease, which heightened my awareness of how I take care of my wellbeing. As a teenager, I switched to a plant-based diet after promising myself that I would be in control of my health to the best of my ability. I have tried every veg-centric health craze out there! My focus on wellness bloomed after I attended a plant-based culinary school and then went on to become a lead instructor. I have immersed myself in new ideas about food and health through my experiences traveling, researching, working as a private chef, and attaining a certification through AFPA Fitness in holistic nutrition. I thrive while creating new recipes to nourish both the internal and external body. My goal is to get others EXCITED about health and cooking delicious, vibrant meals for themselves & loved ones! The purpose of Eat Rich is to create an all-encompassing wellness platform that encourages others to share their practices & live mindfully.
