Chia pudding is such a go-to in my home! It’s incredibly simple to make, and it’s packed full of healthy fats, protein, and fiber. Not to mention, chia pudding is really freaking cool looking! It makes me think of space food. 👽

It’s easy to make your chia pudding fancy, too. Blend your milk (prior to stirring chia seeds in) with strawberries to make a pink pudding. Looking for a little extra protein + nutrient punch? Blend the milk with some of your fav protein powder for that extra gain! There are endless opportunities for flavors with your pudding. Just make sure you don’t blend the chia seeds, you’ll end up with a different consistency and appearance.
